Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kompetensi Sosial Guru Di Smk Darunnajah Cipining Bogor
Abstract
Social competence is the ability of educators as part of the community to communicate with the skills to interact effectively and efficiently with students, so the social role of a teacher is very important. If a teacher does not have social competence, the relationship between the principal and the surrounding community will not be harmonious. The method used is a quantitative approach. Sampling of 20 teachers The data collection is using a questionnaire questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple regression and correlation in the form of descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, and test requirements analysis. It is known that the results of statistical calculations using SPSS 16 show that there is a relationship between the leadership style of the principal and the teacher's environment on the social competence of teachers at SMK Darunnajah Cipining, as evidenced by the value (R yx) = 0.729 which means it has a strong relationship. With a range of values (0.60-0.799), a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means it is significant, and the coefficient of determination is 54.0% while the remaining 46.0% is influenced by others.
